About me

I was born in 1999 in Cataluña, and grew up in the south of Madrid, half an hour from the capital. Mathematics were a late addition to my interests—I discovered them just a couple years before I got into university in 2017, and ended up commiting to them in the long term.

A few months after finishing my Master’s degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, I was hired at the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics (BCAM) in Bilbao for a research internship, and I was later hired to do my PhD under the supervision of Ilya Smirnov.
